This page describes how Idea Bridge handles information you provide while taking the AI Adoption Assessment. The assessment is operated by Peter LePiane, sole proprietor of Idea Bridge, based in Canada.
What we collect
When you complete the assessment we collect:
- Your name, work email, organization, role, and (if you provide it) phone number
- Your responses to the 22 questions in the assessment
- The score and diagnostic findings the tool computes from your responses
- The date and time you completed the assessment
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or social pixels on this site. The only persistent storage in your browser is a temporary draft of your in-progress responses, which is cleared as soon as you submit.
What we do with it
- Send you a copy of your results by email.
- Send Peter a notification with your responses so he can prepare for any conversation that follows.
- If you book a discovery session, use your responses to inform that conversation.
- Send occasional follow-up email about Idea Bridge's consulting services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or by emailing peterlepiane@gmail.com.
Under Canadian anti-spam law (CASL), submitting the form constitutes implied consent for follow-up that is directly related to the assessment you completed. We honour withdrawal of that consent immediately.
Who else sees your data
Your responses are emailed to Peter via Resend (our email delivery provider) and stored in his inbox. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party. The only sub-processor involved is Resend, used solely to deliver the two emails described above.
How long we keep it
For this version of the tool, responses are retained indefinitely in email form. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing peterlepiane@gmail.com. We will delete the relevant emails within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Your choices
- Ask what we have on file for you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent for future contact.
